We had an unfortunate damaged tire issue that we hoped would be handled in whole or in part with McGrath’s Advantage. I understand that our warranty was a little over a month beyond the 1 year guarantee and was informed that it couldn’t have an exception. We were disappointed with the decision in our having to totally pay for the replacement but understand the explanation as to why.
