I was made to feel like an idiot who decided to pour some oil into my car and I made the oil light go off instead of someone who’s oil light went off and who then put oil in his car. Yes, now I know that the oil light goes off when there is too much oil in the car as well as when there is too little, but it’s ok to tell me I had a sensor problem. When I asked if the sensor was going to be checked I was told there was a protocol to be followed. Who is he trying to protect?
