I specifically asked Daniel if I would receive the 10% discount ( from my coupon from Audi) and he indicated that I would. I only received the discount on the 40K service and not the other services that were over $1,000. The cashier said that she would have him call me and I did not get a call, email or text on this matter.very disappointing when you spend over $1,800 in one service visit.
