It was very good. Our only issue is that nobody ever picks up the phone from the front desk when we go to call . We always end up having to physically show up in person to make the initial contact with you at this dealership. As far as the service and quality of the work done, it’s excellent and all the people are wonderful as well. Jawad Was outstanding. Darius’s was also excellent.

Communication could be better. I always have a very hard time getting through the automated switchboard AND the live people that pick up, messages via voicemail and text ago unanswered.
Mostly VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED by the phone system. I have gotten through by using the "new customer" option. Pity that is where the focus is.

I did not have much communication from Jamie regarding the status of my vehicle, which was at your facility for 10 days. I texted her several times to get an update, the final two on Saturday 7/27 and then Monday 7/29 with no reply. I called Monday 7/29 in the afternoon to find that my vehicle was ready but I had not been contacted. Poor service, and this is the second time I've had to bring my brand new Q5 in for issues.
