Communication was hood

Horrible experience, when we bought the car we were told the service would be excellent and it was far from that.. while the representative was very nice we were told my car would be done at 1. I left at 5:30.. in order for me to get my car back I had to keep calling. I know it was a bigger service and there was a recall but I wouldn’t have over promised a time without communicating with the owner. I’m very disappointed in this experience and once our lease is up we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Everything was fine except the car wash

Overall was ok but the communication and lack of timely updates was a bit frustrating.

The tech pushed a tire out of the way by using my front bumper instead of getting out and moving it manually

There is still a chip in the windshield and the door chip right on the edge of the door you would not fix without charging. You claimed it was a scratch. I'm pretty sure when the edge of a door hits something and the paint comes off that is considered a chip not a scratch.

Jawad did an excellent job as a service writer. However the young salesman who sold me thr toyota was confused and told me my yaris only needed an oil change every 10k miles. This may be true of audi vehicles, but incorrect for toyotas. And when i called to achedule an oil change at 3k miles, the woman aervice writer incorrectly declined my request by saying i only needed it every 5k miles or when my service light comes on. I told her this was only for fully synthetic oil, and asked her if thats what they would use on my toyota. She put me on hold for q few seconds and came back and said that they would use fully synthetic oil, but sounded like she was just wanting to get me off the phone. So when i did come in for 5k miles for an oil change, jawad informed me that i should come every 3k miles, and thats ehy the dealership offers 2 free oil changes because they in fact DO NOT use fully synthetic for my toyota yaris. So i have been driving 2k miles over past due on an oil change. In a sea of misinformation, jawad was the only one decent enough to give me proper information. I get that i am low priority since its the mxgrath guarantee and its a free oil change, but its a diservice to your customers to do such a half assed job, im refering to the woman service writer. The young salesman himselself probably gave a generic answer that was fine for audi vehicles, but you guys sell other vehicles besides audis. And the female service writer should certainly be aware of that. Jawad was the only proper info on the matter, and did do a hood job. But i went almost double the recommended miles past my oil change due to the lack of care or low priority your dealership gives to honoring their complimentary oil changes.
