While I was very satisfied with my most recent service from McGrath Audi, the fact that my issue with a repeatedly deflating tire was not resolved on my first visit (I was just given air and sent on my way Saturday) that necessitated a second visit on Wednesday, when a nail was found in my tire. Had the tech checked my tire or shown more concern regarding my tire that continued to deflate, I could have saved myself a second, hour-long visit.

I picked up my car, to find the check tire pressure light on, which was not on when I brought the car in. When I asked about it, Jamie states this was because the back tire treads were not good. I questioned that.
I then had asked the cigarette lighter to be fixed because it was stuck, I was unable to get it out. They hadn’t fixed it. I had to wait for someone to look at it, and then I was told I’d have to get a new one. I then left with a large list of “recommendations” of what I should have done to my car. I took it to a neighborhood car place to have it checked out. My experience this time was disappointing.

Worst Audi service experience since I purchased my Q7 four years ago. Rude service, dirty car & no thank yous said. Not to mention Audi Roadside Service was an even worse experience. I sat at Touhy & Tolcott for 2.5 hours waiting for a tow truck. Extremely disappointed really doesn’t cut it. I spent $5 at the Starbucks down the street & received better service & respect than I did at your dealership (spending $1,500)! Never again. When my TDINdies, I’ll be sticking with Acura for my next purchase.
