The service itself was fine, however, I didn't appreciate how the service person, Daniel De La Rosa Avila tried to pressure me into getting high end tires. It felt like he was more of a sales person on a commission trying to make a sales quota rather than a trusted advisor giving me information to make a decision. His selling and demeaning of lower priced products was a detraction from helping me to make the best choices. I'm not cheap but I don't want to feel pressured either.
