Nikho was very nice and efficient on check in for my oil change and tire rotation. At the two hour mark, he came back to tell me they were pricing out all that mechanics had discovered during the diagnosis. 45 minutes later I spotted my car sitting in the service area. I said at the 2 hour, 45 minute point I had to go. Nikho said he would email me the results which he did at the end of the day. Bottom line, two hours and forty-five minutes for an oil change and tire rotation.

When I questioned the gas door opening, it actually opened when I brought it in for service for the recall and brakes. Then I was charged $25 to “lubricate it” when I didn’t ask for it. I paid it anyway and left with my vehicle. In addition they were fixing a recall and then added another recall item then sent me home with no transportation for the entire day which impacted me for working. I lost money but yet had to come back and pick up the loaner.

I made an appointment for service and also for ding repair. When I arrived my service advisor told me he wasn’t sure if the man who does that was there today. When my car was ready he told me the ding repairman was too busy and that I would have to call him and make an appointment for some other time. When I got home I called him-Scott- and he told me he had an appointment for me and that he already had me in the schedule. I don’t know why I was told I couldn’t get it taken care of when I was there. Also on previous visits for service I received updates and video from the technician but received only an initial text this time and nothing else. After washing, car still had several bug smears on the windshield.

Usually when I come in for service or a car wash, someone will greet me in the service bay, but then when I go in and need to speak to someone at the service desk, no one acknowledges me or even says “we’ll be right with you”- sometimes even for 5-10 minutes. This is very frustrating. Everything else is great.
