There was miscommunication between Sales and Service. Even though I had made the Service appointment 3 weeks earlier, there was a failure to provide a loaner.
I was ready to walk out and schedule Service with Audi Exchange and to buy a new Audi with Auto Exchange. Mr Doman asked me to wait a moment, and he was able to provide me a loaner and find someone in Sales to speak with me.
But for Mr. Doman, McGrath would have lost my business. MR Doman should be recognized for outstanding service and good business sense

After they told me the vacuum pump needed to be replaced for $935 or something like that, she said it would take 2 hours. I had work to do so I figured I would stay. After two hours I went and asked, and she said they are putting it in now. It will be done soon she said. Another hour and 15 minutes later and finally it was done. I had also asked if they could fix some loose upholstery on the passenger side door, and they told me that they don't do that, and I'd need to replace the whole panel for $2k or something like that. They could have pulled it and put some glue in there or something.

After returning home I was still unable to program the homelink buttons. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with homelink they suggested I have the service department make sure they programmed the garage remote correctly. I immediately responded to the text message chain with McGrath service because I was unable to call, and have yet to hear back. I also texted Rehmon and he responded to show frustration at the situation but nothing has happened since.

I had a long scratch down the hood of my car from when I bought the car that was supposed to be buffed out and it was still there when my wife picked up the car. Did anyone look at it?
