I stopped in because I needed a top off on my oil level. Jamie asked if I wanted a wash— when I asked how long that would take she said 10 minutes. 45 minutes later my car was nowhere to be found and she had to go find it for me. Another 5 minutes after that she handed me my keys and MY CAR WAS NOT EVEN WASHED. When I suggested she might be better estimating time in the future, she gave me attitude and was very dismissive. This was my first time there for service and I was deeply disappointed

I was told the repair on the recall on my Audi a 6 would take 2 hours I got a call back after 3 hours and was told it might take all day I was not happy about that period Jamie did help me out and my car was finished in 4 hours which was OK. But when she sent the Uber to pick me up and take me back to the Adi dealership they sent it to the wrong address. I have had several instances at this dealership which have been similar. Another words they promise to finish the car and then tell me later that it will take much more time because they're too busy. I'm not sure I want to take my car there anymore

I was told last time that Audi’s have warranty up to 50,000 miles and I brought it in today at 40,000 and was told today that’s only true if you buy the Audi care package. But the team did not inform me of that last time I was in when it would have been under warranty. I would have done the brake flush before the warenty ended, but the service guy lead me to believe it would be under warranty still at 40,000.

My service consultant Randy Scarbro was great keeping me up to date with everything going on with my vehicle. Unfortunately Randy was not in when I was picking up my car. I waited over an hour for my car even though I was told it had been ready a day before. First my car keys were misplaced and it took about 15-20 min to be found. Second I had received a credit for service from the General manager and the couldn’t find any record of the credit. Third I finally got my car and noticed it hadn’t been washed even though I was told when I purchased the car that I would receive a complimentary wash every time I brought the car in for service. I mentioned that to one of the service consultants and I was told I had to request a wash. Also he told me this with a bit of attitude. I expected much more from a luxury car dealership especially when I switched over from owning an Infiniti previously but unfortunately since my initial purchase at Audi of Morton Grove I’ve had nothing but headache after headache.

Jamie was great to work with but i'm not satisfied with the scheduling process. I had called a week prior to bringing my car and was under the impression a windshield would be there when I dropped my car of on Thursday. It wasn't and was not there until Sat. Then I finally got my car back on Tues. I was originally told the entire process would be a half day, when it was over 5 days without my vehicle.
