This is not about Nikho specifically, he was working hard to meet my needs. However, the service operation lacks any proactive communication on the status of the vehicle, expected time for service, etc. My service for the fuel rail recall occurred on the second attempt. On the first attempt, I followed email option to schedule my recall servicing. I asked a question regarding how long it would take, expecting to wait for my car and didn’t request a loaner. After arriving for my appointment, I waited for 30m to talk to a service advisor. Who told me the service would take until the end of the day at the earliest and he could t guarantee that because of the garage was “very busy today.” I expressed my displeasure as I needed the vehicle later that day and there was no loaner available. To accommodate me going forward, we arranged for a valet pickup on the second attempt. I asked for a warranty check on a sunroof noise and the car was serviced on Wednesday. I received my vehicle the following Tuesday as the shop was busy and couldn’t get the parts fast enough. Overall, I expect a better experience at your service department. Proactive communication and expectation setting would be a place to start.

I bought a CPO Audi and am not satisfied with the condition of the brake rotors. The tires had rope/plugs in them and I had to buy 4 new tires. What is the point of CPO??? I am taking my complaint to Audi USA.

I brought my car in for a tire replacement. I was told by Jamie that the other front tire needed to be replaced so the two front tires would have equal tread. I agreed. The service department damaged the rim when changing the good tire. I scheduled an appointment with Jamie on 7/3 for the fuel rail recall and rim repair. I asked Jamie to confirm that I’ll have a loaner and that McGrath will cover the wheel repair. She has not gotten back to me. Very bad overall experience. We’ve been considering buying a new Q5 or Q8 for my wife. After this service experience, not sure I would buy another Audi from McGrath.

Nikho Audichio was great. He helped me out every step of the way during my auto service. He explained well throughly and gave me updates regarding the status of my vehicle . Nothing was completed on my car except for the replacement of the door trim which takes 15 minutes, even though my car was there for the whole day - from 8am to 7pm. I didn’t get the 40k check up, the oil change that I needed, or any of the other services I asked for. On top of that, Daniel did not reach out to me before he let the technician leave under the assumption that I would be okay with you all keeping my car over night - I was not. Daniel tried to tell me it needed to stay overnight because the door trim needed to be ordered. That was not the truth. In actuality, the door trim had been installed but literally nothing else had been completed despite having my car all day and that’s why he wanted to keep it overnight - which he made clear after I pressed him. I took my car to fletcher jones the next day. I understand, and to a degree, expect, that being a woman I will be pushed around at the garage a bit - this is happened my whole life, but I draw the line at being lied to or having the truth misconstrued, and having the option of keeping my car overnight effectively taken away from me when he sent the technician home though my car was still suspended. I was incredibly unhappy with the service which is a first since I’ve bought my Audi.
