Randy was quite cordial and explained the fuel rail recall work that would be done to my car. One of the other associates helped me checkout out when I came to pick it up.

Jawas greeted me enthusiastically and was so pleasant.
He explained what he needed from me and got me a loaner that would accommodate all the packages I had for my errands of the day. He gave me his cardd and cell number in case I had any concerns. I told him that I needed to get the car back on the same day as I was having some surgery tomorrow and would not be able to pick up the car and he assured me that if the car was not ready he would deliver it to our home and pick up the loaner so I wouldn’t have to worry about it The car was ready within plenty of time and Jawad had made sure that everything was taken care of. Again he was so pleasant. He is a great representative of Audi. He should be favorably commended.
