I do not have complaints about Randy. He is professional and courteous. Your service department is simply not set up serve CUSTOMERS. There is an unacceptable breakdown getting from reception to technicians. Messages are never delivered, you are put on hold forever and interactions with receptionists are downright juvenile. I am a 20+ year customer and I will likely not purchase another Audi so I can simply avoid the **** backwards service function at your dealership. CUSTOMERS NEED DIRECT ACCESS TO THE TECHNICIAN VIA TEXT OR OTHER MEANS.
HIDING BEHIND INCOMPETENT RECEPTIONISTS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. This is 2019!!!

I was satisfied, but the question asked “completely.” I did not get updates, as your service text promised, until I sent a text 10 minutes before my car was supposed to be ready. Subsequently, I got a call telling me my car would be another hour. Jamie called to say it was ready and that she was leaving, and would leave the paperwork on her desk. In fact she didn’t and filed it. So, mostly good, but little things that took the completely out of the picture. No need to call.

It was good to finally have this recall resolved after over 18 months. Certainly was disappointing that it took this long to redesign the pump.
