Excuse was that parts weren’t available until next day. ask about my car being brought back and told I’d have to call back in to make an appointment. Called service manager and did not get a call back.

Before taking my vehicle back - I addressed an issue to get looked at. There were multiple issues that needed to get address. Not all that was spoken to the service representative was done and they told me I would have to make an additional appointment. The original issue in which I was taking my car in was not looked at. Very poor customer service. I’m thinking about taking my Audi to another service station.

Sino did a fine job on intake and getting me into the loaner on Tuesday morning May 14. He also sent me a report of the maintenance service on Wednesday.
Sino was not in the dealership on Wednesday when the body repair work was completed. Nobody contacted me that the car was ready. I called and found out at about 4 p.m. and that is when things started to fall apart.
I am in Chicago and my wife, Wendi, had the loaner the loaner at our daughter's house in Northbrook where she was taking care of our grandchildren. She needed our car dropped off to her. I made arrangements with the woman who answered my call in Service. It was my understanding the car would be delivered at 5:45 p.m. My wife needed to go to dinner. When the car was not there by 6:15, I called back and spoke with the same woman (I could not understand her name, sorry)to see if the plan was still in place. She checked and confirmed which I interpreted that our car was on its way. I phoned again at 7 p.m., since the car was not delivered. My wife was upset because she needed to have dinner. Service was closed and I spoke with Mohammad in Sales. He went to check. When I did not get a call back in 15 minutes, I called Sales and spoke with Scott who is our Sales Associate/Brand Specialist. Scott found out that the driver had other deliveries before ours and stayed on top of the situation until the car was delivered around 7:45 p.m., two hours later than we expected. Scott called to inform me of the delivery. Sounds like a breakdown in communication occurred between the woman I spoke with in service and whoever was coordinating the deliveries. Either she did not know our delivery would be delayed for others ahead of us, or this situation was not explained to me.If we had know the car was not going to be delivered until after 7:30 p.m., my wife could have had dinner before the car arrived.

Don't have Nikho Audicho contact me - I do not want to deal with him again. I found him unprofessional and untruthful . When discussing the recalls my car has had, Nikho Audicho stated that the recalls weren't safety issues at all, but updates & improvements. He said the recalls were phrased as safety issues as an incentive for owners to bring their cars in. I find his statements insulting and actually dangerous to the customer.
Not to do so much with Nikho Audicho, but some, when I made my recall appointment, I was asked if I needed a loaner and I said yes. When I arrived at my appointment I was told no loaners are given for recall appointments. I use my car for business and can't be without for more than a short period of time. I had to leave without the recall work being done because I had a meeting scheduled. I asked Nikho Audicho if he could guarantee a wait time if I made another appointment for the recall work and he would not commit. Please contact me and tell me exactly how long the recall work will take from when I bring the car in until I leave, or give me a loaner.
