You opted not to honor a written est. and it was clearly your mistake which leads us to believe your dealership has no honor and we will let all know. It had nothing to do with the service attendant. I dropped my car off at 8:00am and got called at 4:00 to say the recalled part was damaged but they’d call around to try and locate same “recalled” part. Next phone call I was told there was no part anywhere, not warehouses, etc and it was backorered... on the third call I was told they “found” a part and my vehicle would be ready at 6:30.
Horrible customer service, had my car ALL day & nothing made sense when I first heard about it at 4:00. Also told me my tires needed rotating a couple weeks ago when it was in for 50k check up. - they are new snow tires that were put on November ‘18. Trying to rip me off I guess- why customers don’t like dealers in a nutshell. If you want good reviews give good service. Simple.

I was very satisfied with the outcome and overall very happy with the way my situation was handled. The one area where I believe the experience fell short was in communications. There was confusion in everything from the ability to find my appointment in the scheduling records (even though I received a confirmation email) to the extent to which the dings would be repaired (ie at one point the service person told me only 2 dings were allowed per visit and additionally there was talk of my having to pay for the paint if needed). So I don’t believe my overall situation was fully understood or the intention on what to cover until Steve Marroquin was involved. Again overall very happy but there were several missteps in the communications process.
