A suggestion that is no reflection on Jawad. The service advisors in general may be on the phone or otherwise busy, and thus customers walk in but have no idea with whom they should be speaking, whether they should be seated, etc. The dealership could use a greeter/facilitator in the service department who guides customers on the process, keeps track of the order in which customers are to be served, etc.

I was happy that they were able to fix the issues with my car, but Kamil was supposed to order a part for my car that should have been included at delivery (locking tool for the roof rack).
He told me that it was ordered, but I spent an extra 30 minutes when I got there for them to look for the work order, only to be told that it had not been ordered, Kamil had quit the company and I now needed to pay $30 or wait because the Manager wasn't there to sign off on some form to get this huge purchase of $30 approved!
Now, I have to drive an hour back down there when/if it gets approved or if they can find a free one in another store. I just find it ridiculous that I spent almost $40k on a car and the staff didn't have the ability to approve a part that should have been included with the car, for $30, approved! It will cost me more in gas just to drive back down there. This was a bad experience with this dealership and I expected more...
