When the diagnostics didn’t turn up evidence there was an issue, Jawad didn’t stop there. He drove the car home overnight to personally check to see if the issue manifested once again. Service like Jawad provides keeps us coming back to McGrath Audi.

1. Went to ask for tire replacement reimbursement (called to ask if i can use my complimentary mcgrath tire warranty at other locations and somebody at McGrath said yes) because Hoffman Audi did not take the warranty and told me to get reimbursed at McGrath. Arian had no idea how to handle it, which is fine, and seemed frustrated that i asked such question. He told me he has to talk to upper management if reimbursement can be approved. Ended up talking to Dominick in sales team and I was supposed to call Ethos group myself. 2. Went back in 2 days for my appointment and Arian said he has been working for the tire reimbursement (no communication happening between service and sales team??) and asked me why I didnt send any pictures in of my tire. I was never told to do this and I dont understand why he acts like he already asked me for the pictures already. Ive already called Ethos by then and they only asked me for the invoice. 3. My appointment was for the repair of fender liner and bumper but I decided to get the multi point check first before going forward with the repair. Was told waiting time would be 1hr- 1.5 hrs but ended up waiting for more than 2 hours. After 2 hours of waiting, no mention about the bumper until I asked about it (again, appointment was made for fender liner and bumper). 3. Asked for the bumper status and Arian had my car go through check up once again because they never checked for this. Extra 1+ hr of waiting. I asked to speak with the supervisor or the manager and he told me he was the service manager. How does a manager not check customers needs???? 4. I was then told that bumper does need to be replaced. I asked Arian if he can explain why the mechanics didnt find this the first time and he said the part was just too small. This was already part of the scheduled appointment. I feel like it should have been checked more carefully when the request was already made. 5. I complained that i almost came back with the same problem because the liner wouldn’t have been securely connected to the bumper. Arian just goes “It didn’t happen”. I told him that my trust is going down and he just sorry and acted like he wanted to get out of this situation instead of resolving it.

Brought car in for anew battery, the first question he asked was “have I already gotten a price”??? I replied no and immediately thought that I would for sure be taken advantage of on the price. That is what I believe happened. I asked about how long it would take and as told “about an hour, maybe a little longer with the wash”. I could not believe I was charged close to $600.00 for the work. I find it hard to believe that it would take an experienced service tech 1 1/2 hours to install a battery but that is what I was charged for labor. I believe I was grossly overcharged! Also, there was NOTHING on the invoice or that I was given regarding the “World Class Inspection” even though I inquired about it upon drop off. I highly doubt this was even done. I will NOT be back to this location for any service for my vehicle in the future. Very very dissatisfied.
