Made an appointment to have flat tire replaced, as it was unrepairable due to the heat ring. Asked multiple times how long it would take as I took my lunch break from work to stop in and was told multiple times it would not take long. Only had 1 tire, that was off the car already, that needed to be replaced. After more than an hour and a half of waiting, I asked what was taking so long and was told not enough tire machines were working. No one communicated with me that it would take longer to fix 1 tire. And when I asked what was taking so long (more than an hour and a half) is when it looked like my vehicle was finally looked at.
There was no point in making an appointment, and was an absolute waste of personal time as well as important work time. It was expressed to multiple people that I am only in the glenview area once every 2 weeks, and this is what ends up happening.
