The issue related to my error message on my dashboard I told audi to resolve, audi said it was fixed but when driving out of the audi dealer, within two minutes I saw the error message again.

1) appoitmernt was not properly reflected on the system - took several min to figure it out - not sure why offered online booking if doesn’t work
1) not vacuuming the car, only exterior seems When car is serviced is completely ridiculous
1) charging for tires rotation also is not cool
I was customer of Audi exchange and all items above were completely different - regretted the change.

We had new tires put on our car, which was done well. The people working at the dealership including Sino were very friendly and professional. However, the one disappointment was that the car was pulled out and given back without being given at least a basic wash. To my surprise the car was pulled into the garage with a few inches of snow on it. They brushed it off and let the car run for a few minutes to defrost it. The number of the service order was still hanging from the rear view mirror. I would have expected it be returned in at least the same condition as when it was brought in.
