I am glad that I was able to get new tires on my car when I needed it most, however, I do have the following issues/concerns:
1. The tires that I got weren’t the ones I was told I would get. I signed off on the quote for Goodyear tires but instead I got Continental. Don’t think it’s the same brand.
2. I was told that my car would be washed when I came to pick it up but it was not.
3. The McGrath Audi App didn’t show that I got the tires replaced. No one knew why. In the past, my service history got updated pretty quickly.
