I love the SQ5 I bought from McGrath a year ago. I don’t like that I had to buy $2K worth of all season tires to replace the summer tires that were on the new car when I bought it in Chicago in January with snow on the ground, and I’ve already replaced 2 of the Perelli Scorpions in that time and a new wheel. I’m over $5K in with new tires and a wheel, with no guarantee the tires McGrath chose to sell me will hold up to the Chicago winter and stay inflated. I estimate I’ve been back to your service department 10 times, most of those to reinfllate the tires with nitrogen. The one guy who’s treated my situation seriously is Jawad. It’s probably going to cost me another $2K and a new set of different tires to solve my problem, but Jawad has volunteered to help me research the right 21” low profile winter tires to replace the papier-mache’ I appear to be riding on today. He’s the best customer service specialist you have, from my perspective and experience. Keep him.

I didn’t have the service done because I decided to trade in my car. I paid $160 For the assessment yes my car was pulled up for me covered in snow without a wash. I think you could have at least cleaned off the windows for me. So now I’m Im shopping and not likely to return. Kim

Hello Kamil, I am so disappointed my wife just came home and told me it took 2 hours to replace her Car Battery!! When I made the appointment this week the Service Adviser told me maybe 45-1 an hour to install the battery. Please tell me why this occurred and I hope this is not acceptable practice. The issue that I brought my car to you guys for has not been resolved. Jawad is great and it’s not his fault at all. But you guys had my car for almost one week and the problem is not fixed. Even though I was told the car is fixed and all ready to go. However it is not fixed at all.

I have been an Audi owner for 7 years. This is the 1st car I have leased from Morton Grove. I was convinced by your sales team to move to Morton Grove with the promise your service was 2nd to none. Not actually the case. The only time i found out what was happening with my car was to call and speak to someone. I even left messages that were unreturned. I was never updated about my car. Not once. I was even told my service contract was really busy with other customers. Not exactly what I was expecting to hear. When I returned to the dealership to collect my car. I called enruote to ensure my car would be ready for pickup. I had to wait 45 minutes for my car to be ready. When my car appeared the service contract walked off with another customer. I had to ask if my car was ready to go. Not a very nice experience. Is it all about volume? Not what I've experienced with my previous Audi's. Truly disappointing.

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Kamil took care of my service. He was able to answer all my questions and take care of me in a timely manner. And more important to me he has a great attitude. You can tell he likes his job.
