The communication during this entire repair was terrible. On 2 different occasions I called in asking Arian to call me back and I didn’t receive a call for the whole day. I had called and heard my part was in on Friday 1-11 and brought my car in to be fixed. I didn’t hear anything on Saturday, called on Monday and was not called back, and on Tuesday afternoon I find out that Arian never knew my car was there. This is unacceptable miscommunication or lack of effort to follow up on an open case.
