The service advisor behave very proffesional and answered all my questions. As for the post recall worksmanship.....audi of morton grove needs to RETRAIN the service technitian. Lost control of my vehicle as i was making a turn into a major intersection my anti-skid system failed, tire monotering system failed engine light came on.

My simple oil change took two hours. I asked them to look at my Apple Pay. Ran out of time. Was late for an appointment. Someone who came in after for the same thing left before me. Car was not washed. Because I was late. Window was open. Car smelled like French fries when I got in to. Not sure what happened but I was not happy. Service was completely unsatisfactory.
