I had to bring my car in twice after a routine servicing.
I was told that the problem could not be replicated by a technician or a master technician and was asked if the team could drive my car an additional 100 miles, to which I objected.
I went to pick up my car and the guy who helped me solved the problem in two minutes. Huh?

Randy and the rest of the team were friendly but it was very hard to reach him and get timely information. It took Mortons more than 10 days to estimate the supplementary repair cost. That was too slow and cost me a lot of money and stress. Pointing fingers at State Farm (who were also slow) does not excuse how long it took to repair my car. The communication among people in your service department was also inconsistent and you frequently failed to get back to me with complete and accurate information.
