This is Sara writing — I brought the car in. Randy should be the manager of the service department if he isn’t already. He was very friendly, courteous, and the car was done in pretty much the exact amount of time that he indicated it would be. A+++
Prior to Randy coming in and saving the whole experience, the tall skinny guy at the first desk with the weird pattern of balding weird vibed me . I had no idea where to go or what to do when I walked in and he literally pointed to where I should Move myself “so the next available service person can see you”. Uh what? Lol.
Anyway, Randy was awesome!!

Audi Morton grove could be the worst service at any car dealership that I have ever been to. They failed to communicate with me about my vehicle for 4 days after it was completed and when asked to speak to a supervisor I got the run around for 34 minutes. (And that was after 5 calls to get a live person in the service department.)
The manager was unapologetic and didn’t seem to care about the lack of professional service his team provided.

My car was not completely serviced for what I brought it in for and after leaving it from 10am to 6:30pm it was returned dirty and not even washed. I was told to reschedule to complete the other issues. Kamil was very kind, however, I've had better service and communication at Toyota. I was satisfied by the pick up and drop off service.
