Randy was available when I arrived to drop off the car. He made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain what I should expect. When I came to pick up the car. Randy greeted me by name and described the repairs made to the car in terms that were understandable. I will be requesting Randy next time I need service!

It’s usually that way in service dept. based on my experience. That’s management.

I and three other people stood and waited for over ten minutes before anyone spoke to us and then it was another ten minutes before a service rep came to assist me. I had an appointment time at 1:30 and it was 1:50 when someone came to take my car and assist me. The service department had almost nobody working there for intake. I have to say, Lexus still has the best customer service barre none.

My service rep was extremely considerate. I arrived at 10:45 and had to wait several minutes before anyone could help me; i was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours; at approximately 12:30 I was told the car was done and getting a wash. I pulled out at a little before 1 pm. Altogether, very courteous staff but the timing could be improved.
