The two times I’ve used this service department it has been horrible. Poor communication and follow up! Waited 1 hour to drop off a car and get a loaner after making an appointment. Will not be using this dealership ever again and will not recommend to anyone!

Almost four hours for a tire replacement seems like too long. When leaving the car was aimed at the bay door but the front spoiler hit the yellow device on the floor by each door which gouged the underside. This is all after waiting for roadside assistance the night before that never arrived. After the estimated 90 minute arrival time for assistance I called the service provider and they had no record of my request. I changed the tire myself around midnight after sending my family home in an uber. Poor.
