I was told about a bubble on my front right tire on the phone. When I got to the car to leave I checked to see what he was talking about. I noticed the bulge and curb rash right next to it right away. I had hand washed the car last week and had not noticed either at that time. I can’t be positive that it wasn’t there when I dropped it off, but it does make me think that it is possible that someone hit a curb while in your possession.

My dissatisfaction was not with my service representative, but rather with McGrath Audi for selling me a vehicle with a significant defect and not resolving it to my satisfaction. The service team and the manager (Dan) have tried multiple times to correct the problem but it still continues. I have asked more than once through these surveys to receive a call from a representative of Audi (not in the service department) to discuss resolving this issue but have never received a call from anyone but service department personnel.
