After I was told that my vehicle was ready to be picked up, I was told that I had holes in my back right tire. I spoke with Daniel and Darius. After listening to how I felt, Darius reduced the cost of a new rear tire. I am ultimately glad that the regulators were replaced in both my front windows due to the problems I was having since I purchased the car.
Again, Darius helped to rectify my situation and I hope that things are more clear the next time. Daniel was very courteous as was Darius.

I was not acknowledged for 15 minutes after arrival. The contractor showed up 1 hour 40 minutes late for my scheduled appointment. The service manager was nowhere to be found when I saw that my car was ready. Also, after verifying that all insurance was received before my appointment, it was lost after I arrived. I had to contact the insurance to resend everything. They then called Audi to verify it was received and no one would answer the phone. I had to track down Dan. When I checked out, they said I owed the full amount and could not find the insurance information. After discussion, it was found again. I took the car home and the next morning, received an email stating that my car was still being worked on. Am I satisfied? No.

Not all the work was completed. I asked for GPS to be located. Work was never done. When car was presented, it was not washed. When I requested car to be washed, it was washed very poorly.
Additionally, when I complained to service rep about lack of completionion of work, he asked me to come back. Wh wouldnt service department request to drop off another loaner at my work and bring back car to service? Why does the customer have to be inconvievenced again because of McGraths lack of service.

Service took too long...…...told an hour when I made the appointment, then the customer service tech said it would be more like 1.5 hour, but I went ahead with the service. At the end of the day, I was there at 9:00 sharp and did not leave until about 11:30. So, was I "completely satisfied", no, especially so because I was late for a recital with one of my grand children. But the work was done correctly, though the license plate required "re-work" before I left.

My only knock of the service was the quality of the car wash when I was picking it up. My car was still dirty and the interior had not even been attempted to be vacuumed since I had a number of leaves on my floor mats.
