I haven’t had a lot of good luck with my car(s) as of late so I appreciated Arian’s patience and clarity when it came to helping me understand what the problems were with my new car. He was also able to provide me with a loaner on short notice which was more than appreciated.
I hope I don’t have to see Adrian anytime soon, unless of course it’s for regular maintenance, in which case I’ll look forward.

When I showed up to drop my car, there was really no greeting. One person was helping a customer. Another was on a terminal but looked up at me a couple times. Didn't really feel welcomed. Took about 5 minutes, then my service advisor came out the back said welcome, what can we do for you. From there on the service was good, work done quickly and a good call letting me know that my car was ready to pick up.
