It took way longer than what I was told. I was not told that the check engine light would be on so I had to come back to learn that . Then after I was on my way it went off and I learned that I had to drive a certain number of mikes for the computer to reset.

You did not fix all of the problems with the brand new car, but decided to keep it 4 extra days, but still didn’t fix the issue. And, when my wife asked about it, she was led to believe that it wasn’t a problem, even though that was the only reason the car stayed with you for the extra days.

The service tech was very polite but unfortunately, i never received no updates about my car. He was not even there when I went to pickup the car. Someone else gave me the report and told me about some suggestions of things that the car needed. When I asked for the report of the inspection he only gave me the report of what they had done electrical, not what the car needed. I asked for a quote of the repairs and he didn’t even bother with it. I have to say that is a shame that after buying the car there that’s the treatment I get, very rude! I’ll never get them to work on my car again!.
