Norberto was not very communicative regarding my repair. My car was there for 8 days and was not fixed. I brought vehicle 08/17 and was told by service technician that parts would need to be ordered to fix my car. When I brought my car into the dealer on 09/05 I was under the impression work would be completed in expeditious fashion. I was treated as if I was a liar by Norberto. It was deemed outside influence but I purchased the car as a certified pre-owned vehicle from your dealership. I was told the windshield was replaced but I have paperwork that says it is the original OEM glass. I am extraordinarily unhappy with the service I was provided and plan on talking to owner of dealership and then pursuing all legal remedies available to me.

Was told that an oil change while waiting would take 45min to an hour max. My wife waited 2 1/2 hours. I also was told that we could not receive a loaner car (even when buying the car it was promosied that we can be provided a loaner when available and scheduled) he told me it was not possible with the oil change service. When I made the appointment I also told him that it was our first oil change since perchasing our Q5 and it should complimentary and he agreed. When my was finally was leaving and told her car was ready they tried to charge her for the service. Overall not what I was expecting from such a credible dealership that we have confidence in buying our cars from.
