SQ5 service was completed in a timely manner.
However the post service wash and clean up was not very good.

The car sounds great after many times and almost 1 month in your dealership for service. I suppose that’s out of Arians control, but there was no communication about when the work was completed. I had to call in myself to find it was ready for pick up. I understand that everyone is busy, but communication needs to be addressed.
