I brought my car in for an oil change and alignment. I had no update at the end of the first day (brought my car in at 7am) and called that afternoon with no call back. I called the next morning and no one answered and finally got a call around 3 the next day saying it was done. My steering wheel is still off center and I have called twice in two days and no one has called me back.

Took my car in for an oil change at 4k miles. They Did my 10k service, appointment was scheduled at 11:45 and I came in at 11. Left around 2pm. Had to wait around 3 hours. Kinda a lot I thought. Otherwise no problems.

Although Norberto was a true professional and kept me up to date with my 2017 A4, the service department let him and myself down. I received a telephone call from Norberto that my car was ready for pick up. Another representative assisted me, retrieved my car only to find the engine light on. Norberto finished with another customer and quickly came over to me and asked if all is ok. I showed him the engine light and he drove it straight to diagnostics. Within 5 minutes, Norberto told me it will take time determine the new issue and put me right back in the loaner. Norberto treated me as if the car was his own, was professional and assured me all will be resolved quickly. Great person in your service department who really cares about his customers and the dealership.
