Unbelievably the cashier was rude and unprofessional. The cashier did not pay any attention that me or my purchase. She was busy but n the phone. The cashier even gave me a dirty look. I was told she was new. If she was new then customer service should have been fresh in her mind. Bad example overall. The service tech Norberto was excellent thou.

The car was with McGraw service for many days. We were left without updates for days. I left a number of messages but got no response. Finally my wife Tracy started to complain to others and we got an answer in 15 minutes. I have worked with Norberto before but this was his worst performance.
