Service personnel r always very good accommodating and and explained everything that needs to be done was explained before they did whatever that needs to be changed or fixed the only problem that I have was the receptionist at the service department her name is Veronica not very nice person to talk to very rigid when I ask if I could have a loaner car even when I asked if I could bring the car for a different day keeps insisting that it won’t take a long time tfor the car to be checked and I have to wait that’s very wrong people have other things to do I wish she would have been more helpful and nicer when answering the phone someone from management need to talk to her thanks
