I checked the box that he did not go over the report with me because I did not want him to go over the report with me. He offered, I refused, and there was no way to say that in the survey. I I also do not like being met at my vehicle when I pull in. I like my space. I like going up to the desk to be taken care of and I dislike it extremely when I am met at my vehicle. Just an FYI. And, nobody met me at my vehicle, which was good.

Norberto was great. Very informative. Attentative ti my needs with quotes and questions. I don’t trust many shops working on my car. I usually do the work myself. This was my first time servicing my Audi here that I bought with the McGrath advantage and Norberto was respectful and worked diligently to meet my needs. The wait was a little long for an oil change but it was a Saturday. I had a very bad distrust with the sales and finance team as I was lied to about what financing rate I would receive after being told I was approved for a lower rate then get calls saying I need more and more to get that rate. You guys just ran the better credit even though it was a co-sign to get this fake number then told me you never ran both of us to get that rate when you told us we were both on it. Just completly ridiculous. Bad business motto to get the cars out. Unfortunately this ruins my view about the whole building as I want to assume all of you are schemers.
