The service was ok but you guys are not honest about time of service. When I made the appointment time was 1h30 min to do the service, at the time of the check in (1h 45min -2 hours). But I left the service after 3 hours. Very disappointed ( no loaner car but everyone who was coming they had one). Not the best experience

First, no one answeres the service line when I’m transferred from the main number (this has happened on several occasions on different days). Second , I brought the car in for a rattle in the driver side door and it wasn’t fixed, it still rattles. In fact, I think it’s worse.

Norberto is always helpful, knowledgeable, and polite, regardless of how busy or under pressure he is. However, I did have two problems on this visit (for an airbag recall). My first issue was getting a lift to the dealership to pick up my car. I called at 4 pm and asked if I could get a ride at around 5pm (I'm less than 5 minutes away). I was told that it shouldn't be a problem, and that someone would call if it was. I subsequently called and indicated that I was home/ready at 4:40 if they wanted to send someone earlier. Both times, this information was taken by a women, who said that she would relay the message (Norberto was busy). When it became clear that nobody was coming, I called a third time. I was picked up at 5:40. I was going to concert, and as a result of the delay/miscommunication(s), had to skip dinner. If someone had told me at 4 pm that it takes almost two hours and three phone calls to get a 5 minute ride, I would have ridden my bicycle over, picked up the car, and been home by 4:20 instead of 6:00 pm. Communication definitely needs improvement. The second issue - After the service, my left front headlight wasn't working, which, to me, is an amazing coincidence. I brought the car back the following morning and was told that I would need to schedule an appointment (I could not wait at that particular time anyway, but wanted the service department to know right away). Again, Norberto was busy, so I another service advisor stepped in. He told me that the headlight would be about $300.00.
