I am very disappointed in. McGrath Audi overall. Cannot just blame one person. Came in for a airbag recall, with an appointment. Had to wait two and a half hour. Got my car back, dripping wet. Never got my result or any paperwork, from the "world class inspection" that was performed. Had to ask the service specialist about the inspection results and he said that he will email me. Guess what, NEVER got that email. So overall just a bad trip.. I come there usually to get my audi serviced. I also go to FIELDS dealership to get my BMW services. Honestly there is BIG difference in how I get treated there in comparison to McGrath audi. That's fine if no one care about my complaints. I just thought I mention what I had to go through.

Long drawn out experience. Despite time constraints was constantly stuck at the dealer and no one cared about my time. Then 24 hours after having the car defective lights warnings came on. The protection pack was not installed despite asking 3 times when I paid for it during the day I did finance. I was there for 3.5 hours. It was left up To Me to identify this’s Overall very displeased.
