I don’t have an issue with the 20k work performed, but I had another complimentary oil change (I received 2 when I bought the vehicle) My issue is that in the price of the 20k service work, was an oil/filter change cost. So, do I still have a complimentary oil change, or should the cost of such been deducted from my bill?

The extended warranty package that we purchased does not seem to reconcile with what you have in your system. We have already addressed this issue in person with you. We would have ended up having to pay for a tire that we was covered under the warranty if we hadn't looked at the warranty package.

Norberto is excellent as always. It took your service technicians almost 2 years to find and fix the problems with my brakes. Norberto’s update were timely and appreciated. I have to tell you my aggravation with your technicians was awful. 2 years to fix brakes on this expensivenof a car was unreasonable!

Dropped my car off for a flat tire. Checked in, then waited two hours with no update. I had to ask about my car, at that time they went and started working on it. Another hour goes by, no update. Got my car back, no feedback as to what cause flat tire, I will never come back to this location. Probably the worst experience in service I have ever had. There was one service guy w glasses who knew what he was doing, everyone else complete incompetence.

Morton Grove didn’t have the OEM parts in stock for my repair and I had to use aftermarket product replacement. To get OEM parts would require 7 to 10 days.

I spoke with the service manager and he is aware of my issue.
I was Charged $500 for a full inspection one month ago, and No one month later there is suddenly three things wrong with my car that need immediate attention. Either I got ripped off of $500 a month ago or someone is trying to rip me off now with unnecessary work.

Was under the assumption when I made appointment that I would have a loaner. I scheduled online for a drop-off however I was told this was not the case.
I needed the door looked at, AC has issue, tires rotated, wiper blades and 10k service with oil change. Tech was great but said no loaner car and that if I only had two hours all they could do was a few things. Well after 2:40 minutes car was done. They did the 10k service,
changed wiper blades and rotated the tires. However I know have to make another appt for AC and the Door. I come from Bartlett so it is a 45 minute ride. I had appt sever weeks ago and was contacted by someone to ask me to reschedule as you were backed-up so graciously I agreed to do so.
The. Had to wait almost 3 hours and will have to make another trip. May just be easier to go to Hoffman Estates.
I own a Mercedes E350 ( wife’s car ) and have owned two Infinity’s, Escalade, BMW etc... i thought I was upgrading with Audi but will say Mercedes (Motor Werks) and my past infinity dealer (Naperville) never had this type of issues.
Love the car though and am very happy with the Q7
