Made appointment 3 weeks ahead, was asked if I wanted to wait or if I needed a loaner. Made me believe this was less than a day. Took a week before anyone looked at the car and 11 days before I got it back. Car is still not repaired. Brought in because rear lift gate does not always open. It is better, opens more often than not, but still not all the time. After 11 days and $1,000 I expected better.

Randy was pretty good. I really didn’t have a problem with him. That being said, the texting feature about updates never happened. I got one when I dropped car off for service and another when you sent the survey text. Feature would be good if it actually gave updates. When I asked the operator for the service desk, the girl who answered seemed less than helpful. Unless she is restricted by processes in place, she didn’t have great skills. My car was there for three days for what I thought would have been a 1 day job. In order to find out what was going on with my car, I made all the calls. No one from service took an active part to tell me what was going on. The guy who helped with my courtesy car was very helpful and has good customer service. I appreciated getting a chance to drive an A4. It was a nice ride.

Norberto was great. But you need more Service Managers as those guys are swamped. And you need more loaner vehicles. My car was undrivable and it took 3 weeks to get an appointment with a loaner vehicle. That’s outrageous, and NOT the first time it’s happened. That’s not a service manager issue, that’s a management/owner issue and it’s enough to send me to another dealership even if in a less convenient location.

No one called to update me on the car on the day it was supposed to be worked on. I dropped it off the night before and had a 7:30 appt. I finally tried to call at 4 and proceeded to leave several voice mails for the service dept. I didn’t hear back so I asked the receptionist to get someone live for me. I don’t know who I spoke with but he was very apologetic and said he would get an answer for me. He called back and said that my car hadn’t even been looked at. Apparently things were backed up and I should have been informed by my advisor that it might take more than a day. Nothing was said about that and I didn’t have a loaner so I was stranded at home until the next day. A very nice Audi employee picked me up around 2 to bring me to the dealership. His name was Byron Mandell and he is everything a good employee should be. He should be commended for his professionalism! I picked up the car from my advisor and I didn’t receive an apology or explanation from him.
