I dropped my car with couple of issues one of them was AC related. I picked up my after almost two weeks. The advisor told me that the the car was short/low on freon and they filed it up. I was charged $160 for the AC problem alone. I was on my way home halfway and realised that extremely hot air started coming from the passenger side vent and normal cold air from the driver side and the middle vents are providing cool air like AC would on a normal day. I called back and the advisor asked me to bring the car back tomorrow and they will recheck it.
Also, as I was leaving the Audi garage I noticed the rear break light passenger side has a big crack across from one side to another which was not there when I dropped the car. I mentioned it to the advisor and he said that is not done by them and there is nothing documented about it. I asked him to let me speak to the manager and his response was that the manager is not available and he will talk to him and get back to me in couple of days.
I am not sure what would be the outcome for both of these issues yet. Hopefully they will be able to solve the problems and if they did I would be fully satisfied with service.
