I am disappointed with the service experience. I dropped my car off 04/30 @ 10 am. I had a list of things I wanted fixed. I knew one part that was being ordered & what the charge was going to be (approximately $300). Matt was calling to update me on the status during the first week. He made it seem like it would be done & ready for me to pick it up on 05/09. Apparently another part was ordered & installed without anyone calling to ask/tell me what the cost would be. After not hearing anything for a few days I began calling everyday to get an update on when it would be done. I finally talked to Randy 05/16 and he told me the car was done & explained that Matt no longer worked there. He also told me about the additional part & cost, now $500. I felt completely taken advantage of. I show up this morning to pick my car up & I was even more disappointed that my car had not even been cleaned. Sorry to complain but I felt let down. I drive an hour & a half to get to you guys and I just hoped it would have been a better experience.
