It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealer. There were several issues, including not communicating when my car was ready, ignoring my calls all afternoon , even after having my car for over ten hours, shuttling me to work and then leaving me stranded at work. Other reps refusing to help me over the phone even though Norberto wouldn’t take my calls and I was stranded. And then the invoice and recommendations from my oil change weren’t ready when I hitched a ride with a coworker 10.5 hours later. He didn’t apply the coupon I supplied him I’m the morning so I was overcharged. Informs me my battery could die any day, but never offered the chance to replace it, didn’t even offer to schedule it. But according to him, it could potentially not start tomorrow. Oh, then he misplaced my car keys and had to ask me to describe what they look like. The cashier didn’t provide a receipt of my credit card transaction. The entire experience was a joke. Norberto’s response? “Well, sometimes we do get busy.” This is all after I had to schedule my appointment online because the snotty woman that answered me call two weeks ago wouldn’t help me. Oh, and I had provided feedback on that experience as well - through the ‘contact us’ page of your website. I never heard back. I’m writing corporate.

Another horrible service appointment at this dealership. Made the appointment a week in advance, had my car for 25 hours still didn't manage to do what needed to be done. This is the third visit since purchasing the car just six months ago and you want to try and tell me that the air conditioning allegedly worked back in November yet it doesn't work now and you expect me to pay over $800 to fix it that's crap. The service at this place **** everything takes forever

When speaking with the person over the phone to schedule service the time was set for 9 am. However the actual appointment time was actually set for 9:45. This was not stated over the phone. Be more consistent with what is said and what is meant.
