Daniel did an excellent job with the service. However, my service identified that my rear break pads are in dyer need of replacement, hence the break sign on the dashboard. I had brought in my car previously for the very concern of break light on the dashboard but was told on multiple occasions that my break pads are in great health. In other words, they never were able to figure out why the break light keeps coming back on. I kept driving my car with break sign on the dashboard because I was told by the service department that nothing is wrong with my break. Today, I am really surprised to be told that my rear pads are really done and causing break light on the dashboard to come on. Overall, I feel like service department is not consistent.

The wait to be assisted was very long when I dropped off my car. First for anyone to help me (at least 10 minutes), then to get checked in for a first-year service, then to get my loaner car. All told, it took more than 30 minutes. None of this was Matthew's fault. It appeared the service dept. was short-handed, no one was there to handle the loaner cars, etc. Picking up my car look more than 15 minutes as well, even though I was helped immediately. Again, short-staffing seemed to be an issue. This was my first time in for service, so hopefully not a pattern, but everyone was very pleasant. Just not enough people it seemed to handle the crowd there.
