Parts were not available for safety recall. I scheduled my appointment two weeks prior to appointment date. I was only informed that parts were not available during my appointment. I received several emails reminding me of my appointment but not a single email informing me that parts were not available. So I need to go back there for another appointment. Waste of time right?

When I made the appointment three weeks in advance I was very clear that I needed an oil change, car wash and recal repair of speaker cover. I was promised I would be out within two hours. When I checked in the service representative said he would have all three things completed in two hours. I had an event to go to and would not have time to wash my car myself. The car was finished in two hours without the wash. The service representative said if I wait another hour. Really? Not sure why clients with appointments don’t get washes before walk ins. This is not the first encounter with that same service representative. Training is needed not to over promise. I work in the service industry with many clients. I honestly can not recommend that dealership.

I had a 10:15a appointment for an oil change and yet it took 2 hours while I waited. The free wash is nice, but I banged my head on the top of the door opening as I got in because the driver's seat was raised to the max and left that way - which was also annoying because my car doesn't have a seat memory. And zero effort was made to open the hatch to dry around the opening, or dry either rear door openings. That might seem nitpicky, but even Platnium Car Wash down the street manages to train their employees to do a much better job, so free or not it makes a shoddy impression for a premium dealership.

The problem was a warning light for which the manual said come in immediately, which I did. They didn't know what to do and it took a really long time, which they didn't communicate. Otherwise it was fine.

I broght back my Q7 a week after purchasing because two interior lights were not working. I went for the repair. 90 minutes later only one light was fixed. I have to go back a werk later to fix the second light. Today a low-tire pressure warning came on. This in less than 1 month after purchasing the car... I’m not impressed...
