Arian was fantastic. Events not under his control left me unsatisfied. The car after three days did not have the work completed even though the paperwork stated other. Was charged $178.00 for a broken lens on the loaner. Honestly don’t know how that happened. Many issues from purchase through service. I should have stayed with Mercedes, they would have laughed at the $178.00 charge realizing the loss of business and an unhappy customer.

The 2018 Audi loaner made up for me having to come back for follow up service.

They said they will cover the EPC light part in warranty over the phone and we had scheduled the appointment to get that done. After keeping car for two days they say it won’t cover in warranty. It’s been only 7 months I have bought the car and you guys are giving me hard time.
