You need more employees working in service to help customers. Two employees on a Saturday are not enough.

Suggestions for waiting are especially upstairs: Improve wifi strength and also make the password more obvious. Had to ask and misinterpreted what it was. Didnt see a sign upstairs for the password. Also maybe more work stations

I was told by Mr. Chris that I was scheduled for the service/repair of my car on March 12, 2018 at 2 pm. So I took off from my work and arrived in time. I was informed that there was no such schedule for me in the system. The Toyota Sienna I bought from you has following two problems
1. Cracked windshield
2. When the car decelerate, I hear an abnormal sound from the front left side.
