Randy was helpful and outgoing. Very efficient operation, with the exception of a delay getting a courtesy vehicle. Love the Audi prepaid service plan.

I set up an appointment for the rattling & squeaking of something underneath my A3. I was told the issue was resolved. To be honest as soon as I got to the first stop light on Golf, I heard it rattling/squeaking. I just want to make sure when it comes time to purchase or put a value on my vehicle that im not billed for something that I came in for while still under warranty/covered. Thanks guys! Phenomenal service overall just irritating with clients in the car to hear the noise when breaking or sitting at a light.

Communication with your service department is very frustrating to say the least. From the receptionist that just wants to transfer you to someone else as soon as possible to service reps with voice mail messages from a different person in their voice mail it was quite irritating. Not a real good first experience with the McGrath Audi service department after using Lexus of Glenview prior to buying an Audi.

Daniel Delarosa Avila was great. He exceeded my expectations of service. He delivered on everything he promised. I had two flat tires from a city pothole, Daniel worked with my tire insurance policy to get both tires replaced for no cost to me. I also had a 95,000 mile service done on the same visit.
