Return the customer call and let them know when their car is finished. Provide them with an actual quote "that reflects in the computer so that they don't have to wait 4 additional days to be able to pick up their car. Overall just keep in contact with the customer and give good report and updates on the customer car so they know what's going on at every given moment.

I went on vacation just to relax to see if I was still going to be upset by your service. I spent a week away in a tropical paradise. Came back to respond to this message. The service was so bad I dropped the car off on a Wednesday 4:00pm for my service to be done on Thursday. I wanted the brake light on the dashboard off. Long story short short called me Friday says it’s done. Pick up the car Saturday morning the light is still still on not fixed. I leave the car there even though I don’t have an alternative car to go to work. Had to ride my bike. They said they would expedite my service Monday since they are closed on Sunday. I called Monday 3 times no one returned my call and never got a response. Tuesday called saying car was fixed sorry for not responding. Fixing a dashboard brake light shouldn’t take a week. You all failed here.
I have tried going to this dealership 3 times. Today was the last. First time was when I bought the car in 2014 and I wanted an oil change service. I had a bad experience then so I continued going across the street to Hyundai for years with no issues even though it was a Chrysler town and country. 2nd time I had to go to your shop was because of 2 different recall issues and still had bad service. 3rd time was this last time and the only reason I went back was because pep boys told me you have to take it to the dealer since we cannot read the code and something is wrong with the 2 computers. Your dealership charged a flat rate $500 seems like a made up number with no real data set point for that price only is not the issue it is the service.
I just want to thank Scott Robinson for having such bad service that I will no longer bring my car there or buy anything from your shops including my network of friends. No offense to Caesar but it seems it’s the whole place at Scott Robinson. Start working on customer service starting with the ground up hire more people if you need to and don’t tell me people don’t want to work. There is no worker shortage just a pay issue. Supply and demand. Pay crap you get crap employees but that doesn’t matter if you live in a castle in Manhattan Beach.

I was left outside to pick up my car in the cold for over 10 minutes no one helped me until I went inside and ask for the status of my vehicle again.
Also when I called to check on my vehicle I was sent to the wrong multiple departments and put on hold for lengthy times and no one assists me on multiple phone calls this was a very very sad situations .... Louise did a phenomenal job but everyone else there was terrible!!!

Don’t call me. The problem is not the service advisor. The problem is the you are trying to service too many cars and don’t have the staff to support it. We have had our car for 3 months and it has already required service twice. Each time I was told it would take over a week to get an appointment and it end up taking 2 days to get the service done. It shouldn’t take 8 hours for you to tell me I need to tighten a gas cap! Luis was perfectly nice , this is a corporate issue, not him.

Your prices are way too high! I've avoided dealership car services since I purchased my vehicle there almost 10 years ago knowing you guys were overpriced. Caesar also came off a bit arrogant when I questioned him about what he stated earlier about pricing and your process on repairs. And $1300 for a Bluetooth module when others offer less than 20% then your quote for the same item. Never again Scott Robinson.
